They gave me the proper paperwork and made sure to inform me my wait time and what I may expect with my visit with Dr Rubin. When I met Dr Rubin, I felt at ease. I was truly nervous and didn’t know what to expect. He was very informative and had given me options prior to my treatments, but I really appreciated him listening to me and my needs as a patient versus other doctors just brushing me off and rushing me.
